Star-shaped cinnamon cookies

100 g marzipan paste
150 g powdered sugar/confectioner`s sugar
50 g sugar
1 egg white
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
100 g ground almonds
100 g ground hazelnuts

Prepare a dough with marzipan paste, powdered sugar, sugar, egg white, cinnamon, salt and 50 g almonds and hazelnuts each. Put remaining almonds and hazelnuts onto a surface. Place dough onto nuts and roll out to about 1/2 cm thickness. Cut out stars using a cutter and place on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment.

For the icing stir together
180 g powdered sugar/confectioner`s sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp. lemon juice.

Brush the stars with the icing. Bake in a preheated ofen at 180° C (160° C fan-forced) about 10 to 12 minutes.
